Stress LESS through Mindful Living®

I keep saying negative things to myself during the day. My sister said this is not healthy. Can negative thoughts really hurt me?

Your mind and body react to every thought you have. When you think positive thoughts you can produce relaxing, healing chemicals. Chronically thinking negative thoughts affects your memory and can make you anxious or depressed.

Your thoughts are critical to your mental and physical health, happiness, and wellbeing. Begin by memorizing two positive affirmations. When you become aware you are thinking negative thoughts stop and immediately repeat a positive short statement. Before long your negative thoughts may start evaporating and become replaced by positive thoughts.
