I love my technology but am getting concerned that I may be getting addicted. Am I in trouble? -Kathryn




Here are some symptoms of technology addiction to look out for:

1. Tolerance: Your use of technology increases to the point of habituation, where you are unaware of your amount of usage.

2. Withdrawal: When you reduce your access to technology you get signs of withdrawal. You have increased irritability and anxiety when you are unable to use technology.

3. Compulsion. You feel you have no control and must use your phone. You must answer that ring on the cell. You don’t have a choice.
