I feel terrible about myself. I can’t seem to ever keep my New Year’s Resolutions. -Lisa
This is totally normal, Lisa. Most of us do not keep our New Year’s Resolutions. We make a resolution with no plan on how we are going to execute our goal.
Today make a commitment to one goal for this year. Sit down with pen and paper and write down a detailed plan on exactly how you will accomplish this step by step.
