This is totally normal, Lisa. Most of us do not keep our New Year’s Resolutions. We make a resolution with no plan on how we are going to execute our goal.

Today make a commitment to one goal for this year. Sit down with pen and paper and write down a detailed plan on exactly how you will accomplish this step by step. Share this plan with a buddy so they can support you. Check in every day or two to track your progress. Keep optimistic and you will succeed.
