Jeffrey,

Procrastination is a nasty habit that can really create misery and stress in your life. You can loose your job and relationship because of procrastination.

First, make a list of your tasks. Next, put each task into a folder or pile. Put the amount of time you think it will take to complete each task. Next set a deadline for each task. Number each task in the order they must be completed for your deadlines. Be realistic with your time management.

Ask a buddy to help you be accountable with your new organized life. Good luck!
