Why can't I ever seem to keep New Year's Resolutions?



Most of us do not keep our New Year’s Resolutions. Some of the reasons are that we list too many, we want to make a dramatic change, or we are not committed. Make only one resolution. Begin with a small change that is manageable. Finally, ask yourself if you are committed with your heart and mind to keep this resolution. Getting support from a buddy helps you stay committed, strong and focus on one small step at a time.
